Our Beach House gives you the flexibility of using the room and terrace throughout the day. There is a small fridge in the room, a perfect spot for a glass of wine and some nibbles

Although luxurious and homely, we do ask that the rooms in the house remain in the traditional Bed and Breakfast format.

Prices are for the room for 2 people and include our extensive breakfast

Conditions

• Rooms are available from 3.00 pm on day of arrival
• Check out time is 11am on day of departure
• A non refundable deposit equivalent to the cost of the first night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking.
• Balances are payable on departure by cash or cheque
• We do not accept credit cards as yet

IMPORTANT

We would draw your attention to the fact that Hotels & Guest houses have the right in law to claim to be reimbursed for any loss resulting from a cancellation or no show. In the event of accommodation booked being cancelled we will attempt to mitigate the loss by re-booking, however it can not be guaranteed. We therefore recommend that you consider purchasing holiday cancellation insurance.
