Welcome to Victoria House Bed & Breakfast, Mortehoe in Devon

Victoria House is a delightful Edwardian house in Mortehoe overlooking the Atlantic Ocean towards Lundy Island. The views are stunning and the rooms are orientated to maximise this with comfy sofas and full length windows.

Breakfast is served overlooking Grunta Beach and as well as all the usual English fayre, guests can choose from fresh pineapple, melon and strawberries, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, hot filled baguettes, pancakes and maple syrup etc. We have no set time for breakfast, preferring you to choose so that you can start relaxing from the moment you arrive and forget alarm clocks and deadlines.

Our Beach House has a king size antique brass bed and a private terrace where breakfast can be served on warmer days. The room is en-suite and has a TV and DVD player, fresh ground coffee and a selection of teas and of course – the views

From the tray of tea when you arrive, to the organic chocolates on your pillowcase, we try to make your stay relaxing, romantic (if you want it to be!!) but most of all, idyllic.
